Our requirements changed in the beginning a few times and she was very patient and accommodating with us, and was always accessible. We never felt pressured to look at anything we didn't want to see, but she always had plenty of suggestions for us based on our list of wants/needs. When we found our home, she was persistent in getting us answers and updates from the listing agent. Barbara has a sunny nature and went out of her way to make the experience a pleasant one for us, which was often turning sour due to lack of professionalism of the listing agent. Barbara was also extremely thoughtful and took our first pictures with keys to our new home and presented us a bottle of wine after the closing. Barbara simply went above and beyond! My husband and I spent two years saving for this house, after living in a flood zone in our first house because we rushed into that purchase. We were cautious about this next home purchase, and Barbara was very patient with us and very honest and knowledgeable. She was also extremely thoughtful and attended our closing to take our first pictures as homeowners to commemorate the occasion. We were greeted by a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of vodka when we entered our house for the first time after the closing. Barbara simply went above and beyond! I would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her services to anyone in the market for a new home.

Barbara is a true professional! She went above and beyond what was required to help us sell our home. First by meeting with us and explaining the process, creating an impressive listing, hosting numerous open houses (often bringing her own flowers!), and helping us negotiate with buyers' brokers for the best offer.
