With over 20 years of experience as a licensed New Jersey Realtor®, Barbara brings a unique blend of passion, professionalism, and purpose to every real estate transaction. Her journey began with a successful career in media buying and radio airtime sales before she made the leap to pursue real estate full time—a move that allowed her to combine sales expertise with a deep desire to serve others.
Barbara considers herself more than just a real estate agent—she is a consultant, a guide, and a fierce advocate for her clients. Known for her hands-on attention, marketing savvy, and innate ability to envision a home’s potential, she brings both strategy and heart to the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
A graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Marketing, Barbara has a strong foundation in media, digital strategy, and real estate investing. Her marketing expertise and negotiation skills translate into results-driven strategies tailored to each client’s goals.

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she proudly carries her Midwest values into both business and life. She spent 25 years working in Manhattan—half in advertising and media, and half selling airtime for NPR affiliate WNYC and Bloomberg Radio. She has called Colonia/Woodbridge home since 1991 and works wherever her clients need her across New Jersey.
She shares her home with three beloved cats and her grown son—who now has his own real estate license and real estate videography business. When she's not helping clients, she enjoys rescuing animals, gardening, running, yoga, weight training, and treasure hunting at garage sales and flea markets. Her creative flair for staging and decorating is yet another way she brings value—and joy—to her clients.
