What’s one of the most important decisions you’ll make when selling your home? Your asking price….And a lot of homeowners start by checking an online estimate. It’s fast,it’s free, and it feels like a quick answer. But those numbers only see data, not the full story. That’s why pricing a home correctly takes more than an algorithm. It takes local expertise, current market insight and real experience (a strategy). Online estimates can be a starting point, but they shouldn’t be the final answer.
